Olympic Training Center Vision & Implementation Plan

HB&A led U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC) executives, program managers, athletic trainers, and other staff through a collaborative effort to further the Olympic Training Center’s (OTC) mission to develop elite athletes at the Olympic Training Center. To accomplish this, the team conducted interviews with USOC personnel to gain a deep understanding of training requirements, organizational dynamics, and the physical framework of the Olympic Training Center.

With this foundation in place, HB&A led an interactive, hands-on workshop to not only identify new facility programming and site design options at the OTC but also achieve buy-in across the USOC organization about the future of the OTC. This workshop successfully explored which facility investments would best advance Olympic training and education programming, physically enhance the campus, and maximize return on investment for the USOC.
